The plan-and-excute example currently passes the entire
planFunctionobject towithStructuredOutput, which results in the model returning unparsed JSON.This PR updates the example to correctly pass only
planFunction.parameters— the actual JSON schema expected bywithStructuredOutput— ensuring the model produces properly parsed structured
