Add support for agentic memory using Qdrant

I've tried to contribute this feature to the separate Swarms Memory repo.

@Anush008 thanks for opening this, we will make an example showcasing how to do this. Are you interested in Qdrant for documentr retrieval like retreiving documents like PDF or more? or can you go deeper?

Yeah, basically adding an implementation of https://github.com/The-Swarm-Corporation/swarms-memory/tree/main/swarms_memory/vector_dbs interface using Qdrant.

@Anush008 Nice, just approved the PR. This is the qdrant interface, but we will make an example of how to integrate it into the agent itself.
