Rootless docker failing with `error setting rlimit type 7: operation not permitted: unknown`

What Happened?

Title.

Plus the fact that normal (run-as-root) Docker works fine.

I've also tried with no --gpus (hence no --runtime=nvidia).

Let me know if any more info is needed.

Yep, but tbf I am using minikube on Arch which means that the install part is not relevant. docker is run as a systemd user unit.

I also vaguely remember trying to run --container-runtime=containerd which was failing as well, but apparently I did not and without --gpus all/nvidia.com it is working fine.

However, I'd really love to have GPU... And yes, I did follow https://minikube.sigs.k8s.io/docs/tutorials/nvidia/#docker.
