[Documentation] Update MySQL volume guides

After this PR: #1527, users will not be able to deploy MySQL without volume provisioner.
We should update the appropriate guides here: https://www.kubeflow.org/docs/components/katib/hyperparameter/#setting-up-persistent-volumes.
