Global Thresholder: unconfigured node doesn't run default Huang threshold

When adding a Global Thresholder node into an existing workflow and executing it without prior configuration, it produces all-white (=1) images, as if the threshold was set to 0, whereas you'd expect it to run with default settings, i.e. using Huang thresholding.
