Describe the feature
QP Extendability to enable Workload Runtime Plugins for example for the use of runtime security.
Hopefully, the extendability will allow over time to move optional QP code to be community-supported extensions rather than part of the core code.
This upstream extendibility option can be used by downstream as well as by anyone creating his own knative QP image, to add additional features by including QP extensions from sandbox or other sources.
Specifically, it will allow Runtime Security extensions for QP that will help secure workloads deployed on knative clusters.
