Model Context Protocol (MCP) Support

MCP has been gaining a lot of traction recently, and would probably be a good fit for tool use.

I'm thinking we could potentially support both server and client modes.

• Server mode: Offer tools to clients like cluade desktop, cline/roo, etc. for searching/reading/editing notes. Hopefully could be implemented as simple http hooks, but would need some sort of authorization layer too.
• Client mode: this plug doesn't support tools yet, so this would probably end up implementing that. I'd also only want to support MCP servers over http, not stdio.

I've been thinking about this as well. I guess it's possible to do most things by using the file system access, but if one is working a lot with queries then having an MCP interface in SB would definitely be nice.
The client mode could be a nice shortcut to get free access to a lot of data sources, e.g. being able to query GMail, JIRA, ... just because someone wrote an MCP server for it.

That's what my thinking was on the first part too. There are MCP servers already for file access, but I'd like to be able to expose something more specific like a "add_todo" tool that appends to a list on a specific note. Hopefully also driven by space script.

I was actually thinking more along the lines of using MCP servers in calls to the LLM, but this is a really good idea too. Being able to expose resources/tools from other mcp servers to use in queries/templates would be pretty awesome.
