Glucose data not in OMH format

The data in the table under Step 2 of the CGM Tutorial and Step page do not completely comply with IEEE / OMH format. For example, unit should be mg/dL, "unknown" is not a valid temporal relationship to meal value, modality should not be "self-reported" for CGM data. Unless data from Dexcom API, external_datasheets should provide additional provenance details. There are properties not defined in the reference OMH schema so they are undefined (recommend creating schema in a different name space).

@minrk - I am assuming the data is coming from the fly.dev instance?
@travis-sauer-oltech and @s1monj - is there a way to correct this information if that is the case?
