Error with jupyterlab/jupyterlab and new simplified workflow

Description

I tried to publish a new patch version 3.4.7 for JupyterLab

The first step drafting a changelog ran fine:

• PR opened at Automated Changelog Entry for 3.4.7 on 3.4.x jupyterlab/jupyterlab#13078
  • 🐛 The draft release URL was not output see job
  • Draft release with metadata is ok

The second step publishing the package failed at draft release metadata retrieval; see log

From the error I would guess the draft release is not listed in

jupyter_releaser/jupyter_releaser/util.py

For me the list is empty - need to check if the token is correctly passed by because locally I can see the release

we should target RH_REPOSITORY and not the GITHUB_REPOSITORY
