Document deploying the template to other providers

This template was initially built to be deployed to Netlify because it was the most straightforward approach when creating it. Later I found some folks who preferred using different services for the deployment. I think that's fine since the site generated by 11ty should be able to be hosted anywhere that supports static sites (e.g. Vercel or Surge.)

I'm using Netlify for the deploys so I know how the process is but I would be useful to have the process for other services documented to allow people to pick and choose their service of preference.
