A small utility for macOS to convert image files to JPEG format

Not feature complete!

Written in Swift, this is really just a basic Mac GUI wrapper for SIPS (Scriptable Image Processing System) that allows you to drop a non-JPEG image file into it, to convert that file into a JPEG.
