Please could you add an associations example to the README?

My AR models are full of associations. How would you handle belongs_to, has_many and has_one associations with minimapper?

For now, manually. I've not yet used minimapper in a situation where I've needed them.

user = repository.users.find(1)
profile = repository.profiles.find(user.profile_id)

You can also add a method to the user mapper which both finds the user and the profile.

Something like this:

def find(id)
  user = super(id)

  if user
    user.profile = repository.profiles.find(user.profile_id)
  end

  user
end

Edit: A benefit of the above approach is that it works for both memory and active record mappers (can be included as a module).
