Excluding null Licenses

Currently my legacy app has some failures due to null licenses. Is it possible to exclude those other than excluding the group.

I give it a try of

{ "moduleLicense": null },
but not sure if this is the way to achieve.

Edit
if I set this, the check PASSES everything, so that's not an option at all.
