Describe the bug
The desktop app uses an Electron version known / confirmed to cause significant performance issues on macOS Tahoe

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Check what Electron framework is used in latest official release
  2. Anything that's < v39.0.0-alpha.7, v38.2.0, v37.6.0 and v36.9.2 is known to be affected by the underlying issue, see Electron-based apps cause a huge system-wide lag on macOS 26 electron/electron#48311 (comment)

Expected behavior
draw.io desktop app should not cause system wide lag by using a fixed version of Electron
