No Dock Icon(but gear icon) on Ubuntu 24.04

Describe the bug
No corresponding icon on Ubuntu Dock but gear icon.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open drawio
2. Click win key and look at ubuntu dock
3. See gear icon instead of drawio icon

Expected behavior
Show drawio icon

Running instance of software uses draw.io wm class:

$ xprop | grep WM_CLASS
WM_CLASS(STRING) = "draw.io", "draw.io"

While associated desktop file contains:

$ grep StartupWMClass /usr/share/applications/drawio.desktop
StartupWMClass=drawio

When StartupWMClass value is changed to draw.io in desktop file - problem disappears.

I tracked problem in drawio-amd64-24.7.5.deb
Desktop file generated for drawio-x86_64-24.7.5.AppImage also has invalid StartupWMClass value.

No dock or extensions after computer idled. Had to reboot each time. Back to 22.04

If modify /usr/share/application/drawio.desktop from StartupWMClass=drawio to StartupWMClass=draw.io manually, it works well.

electron builder doesn't support writing nStartupWMClass . Maybe we could do something like sed -i 's/^Exec=.*$/&\nStartupWMClass=draw.io/' path.. , but for now the rename is the easiest solution.
