Remove tomefile and add formatters to install and uninstall commands

• I don't think the tomefile.yaml had so much value for users, it's worth cleaning the code a bit and let users demand this feature.
• Also I'm doing an effort to homogenize commands using formatters that output to stdout and making api methods return structured data, in this PR I'm doing that for uninstall and install commands.
