gettext.bind_textdomain_codeset was removed in Python 3.10.

Lauch rednotebook with Python >= 3.10

Expected behavior
Be able to run rednotebook

Versions:

• RedNotebook version : present in 2.25
• Operating system and version: All which are shipping Python >= 3.10 by default

Thanks for the report! The code now skips the function if it doesn't exist. I can't test whether the translations still work on Python 3.10, however.
