Moving item edge to cursor with native actions is not respecting ripple #1277

Description

@tbdalgaard

Tested this from Reaper 7.37 up to 7.40.
I cannot get the native actions to work as advertised. I open an issue here, if this is something the Reaper developers may need to fix and we can keep track of it. I hope that is ok, and so sorry if it isn't.
Here is how I have reproduced this issue

  1. Made a small introduction where I said something
  2. COunted from one to five.
  3. Said a random sentence.
  4. Continued counting from six to ten.
  5. I duplicated the track.
  6. I set the option: Ripple edit media item edges to on.
  7. I split the item on the first track, just before the number, six.
  8. I selected the first item and moved the edit cursor just to the beginning of the sentence after the number five. Ripple was here set to all tracks
  9. I tried to move the right edge of the item to the cursor, so the sentence should be gone, and the number six should be the next thing in the second item. to hear. I used the action Item edit: Trim left edge of item to edit cursor action-id: 41054
  10. Playback the project.
    Expected: The sentence should be gone on both tracks.
    Observed: The sentence was gone on the first track, as it normally would, but was kept on the second track.
