...with a few tweaks
Include a tweak to PR janoside#606: TX block height values of both 0 and -1 seem to be possible for unconfirmed transactions, so the conditional is tweaked to address that. Also, the single transaction in the genesis block presents an edge case for this conditional and is addressed.
…nconditionally because this mixin is used for lists of transactions in blocks AND for lists of transactions associated with addresses. For now, just drop the text and let the number stand alone
