Redirect loop with .NET 4.8

I have an issue which seems to be similar to #672. Brand new install on a fresh server, but when I try to access Bonobo I get multiple 302 redirects to /Home/Error?aspxerrorpath=/Home/Error.

This issue though is with Windows Sever 2022, IIS 10 and .NET 4.8 installed (being the only available option). Is Bonobo supported for such a setup?
