Make Quill Editor buttons dynamic #4
Description
When editing a text block, some fields in the quill editor should not be shown, as the IXOCREATE currently doesn't support them.
Next to that, the toolbar should be configured by what the backend sends us, so the globally set toolbar needs to be overridden, if a config exists.
