[Feature request] Can't change Language in Audio Mode

Description
In Video Mode there is a button Audio Track to choose the language. In Audio Mode (URL&listen=1) this button is missing.
For me the default language in Video Mode is the videos original Track (english). In Audio mode it's German (= because of my german IP).
It would make sense to have the same default for Video and Audio Mode and a button to change in Audio Mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://inv.nadeko.net/watch?v=NzKx9nleP5A&listen=1
2. Probably the language is according to your IP/Location
3. The Change Audio Track Button is Missing

It's not really a bug per se, but more like a feature request.

Because language selection for the audio has only been implemented in DASH. And audio mode doesn't use DASH.

We rely on the existing work of youtube.js for generating a DASH manifest for video mode.

For audio mode, we will have to expose the language selection in the audio quality because I don't know how to do that otherwise. In DASH, it's video.js, the video player, that show a nice language selection.
