Check e2e resources cleanup #150

What steps did you take and what happened:

After running e2e locally, the tests failed.
The created datacenter and ipblock were not cleaned up.
What did you expect to happen:
All resources got cleaned up.
Anything else you would like to add:
[Miscellaneous information that will assist in solving the issue.]
- Run tests while intended to fail
- double check the suite test and the resources created are being cleaned up
