Shelly Flood Gen 4 generates a number of notification events, i.e. button pressed, button up, ....
In addtion a notification adn a fullnotification evengt exists.

One should analyze whther some of these events should be published as ioBroker states And a check should be performed which of those events are available for more devices so an appropiate helper function should be implemented.
