BOM row expansion

Replaces #9793

• Adds "edit mode" for BOM in UI
• In "edit mode", user can edit the BOM
• In "view mode" (default) user can expand the rows to view subassemblies
• Replaces feat: Cascading BOM with export option #619 #9759
