Upgrading from 5.3.6 to 6.2.0

Hello, I am working on a Laravel project using PHP SDK version 5.3.6. I see that I need to update it before 1st August to 6.2.0.

Is there anything specific I should worry about other than having to update PHP from v7 to v8?

Any advice is appreciated, thanks!
