UI - Data explorer Row cells are unreadable with large number of columns

Steps to reproduce:
List the minimal actions needed to reproduce the behavior.

1. fire up the UI and pull up a query that returns a lot of different columns
2. squint

Expected behavior:
Expected to be able to read the cells.

Actual behavior:
Cells are cut off/squished, forces me to do some hacky css to override it.

Desired behavior:
Cells be readable, be it scrolling or some other mechanism so that I can explore my data
