[ENHANCEMENT] Align tools in annex with SQAaaS tooling

Please elaborate here on the enhancement request.
SQAaaS tooling is currently making use of more tools than the ones listed in the annex A1.3. We should try to align them as much as possible.

Describe the solution you'd like
In particular I would add to the annex the following tools being used for SQAaaS tooling:

• QC.Acc: git
• QC.Met: cff-converter-python
• QC.Doc: markdownlint, restructuredtext-lint
