[ENHANCEMENT] Annex describing Code Workflow

Section Code Workflow should be complemented with figure/s showcasing what it is being described.

An annex/appendix with a more elaborated description of the workflow, adding figures to better showcase the code workflow.

As this implies a big contribution, we should definitely move this enhancement for v4.0
