fields.strings.optionsbe reference both presets and fields, using the same syntax as #226 ({presets/...}or{fields/...}).The target use case is for fields like
fields/service.json, so that translations likeDrivewayandParking Aislecan be referenced from the presets, instead of being re-defined infields/service.json.
