[BUG] Armor stats check ignores better robe

Describe the bug

The color coding that tells you whether armor or weapons are better than what you currently have,... doesn't quite work if it's a suit of armor and you are wearing a better robe.
It always shows green as if it's better.
But wearing it shows that it's inferior.

Steps to reproduce

1. Take off all armor and robes
2. Create a +8 blessed robe, and wear it
3. Create a +2 chain mail armor

Expected behavior

The armor stats should be red since the robe is better
