👨‍💻 Engineering Manager | Developer Experience

I lead the Developer Experience squad within the Engineering team. My focus is on creating effective experiences for all developers.

My Mission

  • Lead a skilled team: We develop intuitive tools, comprehensive documentation, and efficient processes.
  • Enhance our platform: Our goal is to streamline the development process.
  • Advocate for developers: I champion their needs and ensure we support the Product & Engineering teams' goals.
  • Enable efficiency: We help engineers deliver high-quality products, efficiently.

I am deeply interested in modernizing the development landscape through:

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) I fell in love since I discovered Terraform.
  • Functional Programming (FP) Increase code reliability and maintainability using immutable data and pure function. Not there, yet, to be honest ...
  • Nix reproducible environments, builds, and development setups with a single tool. A dream come true.
