Add iOS 18 Vacuum Cleaner Device Support

I would like to request the addition of support for the HomeKit vacuum cleaner device in iOS 18. This update would replace the current implementation of switches with the HomeKit-native vacuum cleaner service, allowing for more streamlined control via HomeKit.

Currently, the plugin uses standard switches to control vacuum functions such as cleaning and charging. While functional, these switches don't take full advantage of the HomeKit vacuum cleaner device type introduced in iOS 18, which provides a more native and user-friendly experience for vacuum control in HomeKit.

This feature request is not specific to a particular ECOVACS device but aims to improve the overall integration of vacuum devices by using the HomeKit vacuum cleaner device type when configured.

+1 I would like this, however I think the vacuum support is via matter, so it would require a different integration method than homebridge (being a native HomeKit integration).
not sure if this is possible via external devices

The framwork is now present in ios 18.3 Dev beta :)

now to work out how to make it work in Home app via HomeBridge and this plugin
