Allow processing with-methods

XJC also generates with-methods for a given generated set-method.

I don't understand why XJC doesn't add Javadoc to the with-methods. I think it would be nice if this plugin could allow annotating and adding Javadoc to these with-methods. I think it would also be nice with a boolean flag which would allow "copying" everything from the corresponding set-method.

I think the with methods are probably generated by the fluent-api extension...
