Document common-os feature

The common-os feature seems to change a lot of things in the kernel. I find it difficult to find out what it is supposed to do at a high level.

Yeah, it is work in progress and currently not documented. If the features is activated, the kernel can be used as classical monolithic kernel. We will release a version soon...
