VSO Support for s390x

Currently, the official vault secrets operator images are only available on amd64 and arm64.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to run Vault Secrets Operator on OpenShift on s390x using an officially available image.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have attempted to build my own s390x image however this fails since Hashicorp Copywrite is not available for s390x (I have opened an issue in their repo). Additionally, an officially available image that is consistently updated would be greatly preferred from a security perspective compared to independently built images.

I see from this comment that it looks like VSO is still being evaluated on OpenShift.

Hi,
The VSO is a certified operator and pretty useful when you adopt GitOps practices. It is sad to not having a compatible version for s390x architecture.
Here is below the events from VSO installed on a OCP cluster 4.18.1.
