Versions 5.0 and 5.0.2 break printing notes

After upgrading to version 5, the notes are not shown when using ?view=print or ?print-pdf, for both showNotes: true and showNotes: "separate-page".

I found nothing in documentation regarding this.

The notes are correctly shown in presentation view and speaker view.

My notes are defined using markdown, I don't know if it is relevant.

Reverting to 4.6.0 works.
