Added surfdrive link to python3 version of AIRviewer PyMOL plugin. Added related info: how to install, how to load in new session etc.

**Note** that `AIRviewer.py` is useful only when AIR visualization is needed. Otherwise, the HADDOCK `Generate Restraints` web interface, `haddock-restraints` command-line tool, or manual selection of active/passive residues directly in the `Input parameters` section of the HADDOCK web server is sufficient.

fyi haddock-restraints can generate a .pml for pymol visualization - without the need for any python script. When you pass the --pml flag, it will generate a script.pml that can be loaded directly into pymol.

I still need to document this better (haddocking/haddock-restraints#54), but for reference: haddocking/haddock-restraints#47
