Question : diag_log_ENTRY and BOX7F.conf

Hello ,
Im sorry to ask this here but i can't find an answer over the net about this .
Im trying to read BOX7F.conf and diag_log_ENTRY_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx_xxxxxxxx_xxxxxx
both can be exported from the web interface but when i try to cat them all i got is something that
looks like b64 encoded data which once decoded seems to be binary stuff .
They all starts with U2FsdGVkX1 decoded as Salted__ (AES-encrypted) ?
But i don't know really im just speculating .

Any idea about how to read them ?
