Have configure error on unrecognized METHOD value #552
Description
When trying to build grins in dbg mode, I accidentally capitalized Dbg. i.e. METHOD=Dbg. the error it threw was a libmesh not found error. It might be nicer to throw an error saying unrecognized method instead.
