Minimizing Browser Window during Edit Mode drops changes typed before saving.

Describe the bug
Minimising the browser window while in Edit Mode causes any typed info to be dropped reverting to last saved state.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Notes
2. Click on Pencil (Edit)
3. Type any change to the record and minimize the window you're working in.
4. Switch back to window, while still in edit mode and uncommitted changes drop.

Expected behavior
Expected to have typed info preserved while working between windows on desktop.

This seems limited to editing Notes items. Relationships, Selections, Dates, and other such fields seem unaffected. Only free text from notes (whether editing a blog post or attaching a new note to an item).

I mean textareas in other websites. I don't see how anything in Gramps Web could cause this, so I suspect it's a browser bug/feature.

Oh! Apologies for misunderstanding. No, other text fields such as here, outlook anywhere, or portainer function as expected I guess.

The strange thing is the changes to text only disappears after the window is restored. It remains for half a second before it's like it's re-entering edit mode.

That's an important additional piece of info. Can you tell me exactly if the note view is in edit mode (blue) all the time or does it look like it's getting out and into edit mode when restoring?

The same problem keeps happening to me every time.
It's quite annoying because when you edit data and switch browser tabs, everything gets erased.
I'm using Chrome version 137.0.7151.69 (64-bit) on Windows 10.
This error occurs on both of my laptops, each running Chrome and Windows.

It's tricky as I am not observing this on my Linux system. I suspect the browser is fetching the data again when you reopen the window, is there a way for you to monitor API calls, e.g. in the browser dev console, when the window is coming back up?

Ok thanks! I was able to reproduce it by switching wifi off and on again ... so it's clearly caused by the online DOM event. I don't yet understand why that clears the changes, but it's a good start to debug.
