Option to hide/disable DNA module

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
My family has no DNA records (and we have no plans to get any), so the DNA module is not necessary for us. It would be nice to be able to hide the DNA button in the menu.

An option in the admin menu to disable the DNA module and/or option in the docker compose file.

At present, we have no option to configure the frontend on a per-tree basis. What is possible is to add an option via frontend customization. I would be willing to merge such a contribution (but won't work on this myself since I don't need it).
