[Firefox] Tab selection (eg. from element picker in network log) not working

This is another similar incidence to #282, confusion between tabs and browsers. [vAPI.tabs.select](https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/blob/master/platform/firefox/vapi-background.js#L675) needs fixing because tabs.get returns a browser, not a tab.
