Hero 13 + Media mod, clean hdmi out not working #1503

On hero 13 with lab firmware installed HDMI=1 setting doesn't work. It works when I plug av cable while it's on. But when I shutdown then turn on the gopro with av cable already plugged in, it shows battery level and other icons. I tried !mHDMI=1 and *HDMI=1 both options. Same setting works as expected on hero 10. It seems there is bug in hero 13 lab firmware. Is there any place where I can report a bug?
