It takes two consecutive times to apply the Qr code to change the ISO on GP13

GP13. Fw 02.04.70.

EXPS=1. Default Video preset is active. Camera is placed in relatively dark room. Current ISO_Max is 100, ISO_Min is 100. EXPS sign says the ISO is 100. I scan qr code "i8" to set ISO_Max to 800. I can see that code has been applied (red tick), I go to Video preset settings and I can see that it says ISO_Max is 800, but EXPS sign tells me that it is still 100 and the picture on the GP display has not become any brighter from ISO increasing. After the second scan of the same qr code, the changes are applied: EXPS sign tells me that current ISO is 800 and the picture on the GP display becomes brighter.
Same about ISO_Min.

I have now confirmed this is happening. Also happening on HERO12, you are just the first report it on either camera.

Notes: i8i8 doesn't work, yet i8!Ni8 does. Weird.

It happened to me too in the last diving liveabord: both with the ISO QR Codes but especially with that of the increase and decrease in EVs. Now I'm not sure if on Hero 12 or 13 because I used both. If you need confirmation, I can check the archived files.
