Should monitoring system tests run on Travis?

Right now

python system_tests/run_system_test.py --package monitoring

will run the tests (since monitoring is in the list of modules) but the script used by Travis doesn't include monitoring.

I saw that logging was not there, so I left monitoring out too, thinking there could be issues that I am not aware of. @tseaver: Should we add them both?
