Three consecutive nightly failures in google-cloud-vision: Saturday, Sunday, Monday

All builds consistently failed in the same three tests: detectLandmarksUrlTest, detectLandmarksGcsTest, and detectLandmarksTest with the same message:

expected to contain: Palace of Fine Arts
but was            : [The Palace Of Fine Arts]
	at com.google.cloud.vision.it.ITSystemTest.detectLandmarksTest(ITSystemTest.java:341)

Note: detectWebEntitiesIncludeGeoResultsGcsTest and detectWebEntitiesGcsTest perform the same exact-string assertion on Palace of Fine Arts and pass.
