When packaging for Debian, I want to install the shared libraries and the executables but I don't need static libraries. This commit works for me, but I don't really understand what the intent was here.

I guess it's related to #105 : the rpath was set assuming that the executable is located in the build directory so it did not make sense to install it into another location. If we do #105 I guess it makes sense to install the executable too.
