Old code compatibility

Old code does not work well with upgraded libraries. Fix this. Ideas:

• docker containers with fixed versions
• separate requirements.txt
• updating the code (maintenance burden and losing compatibility with saved weights)

Using Docker with fixed versions to ensure compatibility.
Adding a requirements.txt file to manage dependencies.
Updating the code where necessary, ensuring backward compatibility.
