The section Standard Definitions starts with
All predefined operators, functions and constants are listed in the table below. For each symbol, the available overloads are listed. Operator symbols use a notation like + where _ is a placeholder for an argument.
There is no actual table below as specified, there are just many paragraphs all blurring together into a wall of text with some containing lists, but no tables.
